As we all know tea has tons of health benefits and good things about it, but what some people sometimes overlook, is that it can stain or change the color of your teeth. So for those of us who drink more than two cups of tea a day, our pearly whites can start to look not too white, and we can develop a yellow tint to our teeth. I believe that black and green tea are the worst for staining teeth, and white tea probably has little or no effect on tooth color.
So you may be wondering how to avoid the yellow teeth and remove tea stains from your teeth. There are a few ways you can do this. One extreme option is to just cut down on the amount of tea you drink (once again, this is a pretty extreme option, and not one that I will be using!). Another thing you can do is drink more white tea, opposed to green and black. The third option would be to drink your tea from a straw.
However, none of the previous options really appeal to me too much. But, one thing that I have found best for removing tea stains from teeth, (without having to change my tea drinking habbits) is one very powerful whitening toothpaste. I believe that the Coffee Drinker’s Tooth Paste(I am not an affiliate of this website) is the best whitening toothpaste you will find for removing tea stains. Or, the last option is to just not worry too much about the color of your teeth!
