Flowering teas are basically a lot of individual tea leaves which are hand sown together into a ball. When brewed these flowering teas look like art. They almost magically unfold and look like they are blooming right before your eyes. Take a look at this video of a flowering tea unfurling in a glass pot. It really is amazing to watch for the first time.
