When the average joe thinks of tea, he also thinks of scones. So if you are interested in making some scones with your tea, here is my scone recipe. (actually really pretty good!). (makes 8 scones)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 egg
8 tbls. butter (unsalted)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Tea and ice cream can be a great tasting combination. However, it is usually pretty hard to find any green tea ice cream or anything of that nature in a regular supermarket. But, it is actually possible to make your own tea flavored ice cream.
