I have recently learned that adding orange, or any citrus juice, to green tea can actually increase the health benefits of drinking that glass of tea. It has been found that somehow, the vitamin c in citrus juices boosts the effects of the antioxidents in tea. The antioxidents in green tea are called catechins. It has been discovered that citrus juices can significantly increase the amount of those catechins that your body absorbs. And this is what leads to the benefits of green tea, such as lowered cancer risk etc. Read more about the possible effects of citrus juice on tea here.
Although I personally am partial to the idea of adding orange juice to my green tea, I think lemon juice would add a nice flavor kick. And the study says that lemon juice will increase by 4x the amount of catechins (and therefore health benefits) that your body absorbs!
